Who is the programme for?
Women who manage at least 2 people, whether that is direct line management responsibility, contractors, freelancers or via a matrix or project structure.
When does it start?
As soon as you like. The programme runs on continuous enrollment because each manager is on her own journey and will start with what is most relevant to her.
What does it cost?
Prices start from £2497+VAT or £549+VAT per month.
What about confidentiality?
All members of the group agree to keep topics discussed in sessions private, and when discussing potentially sensitive topics, anonymity is the standard.
If someone wants support on a particularly sensitive topic, they can access the coach directly (and privately).
When are the group coaching calls?
There are 2 time slots for the calls to accommodate different time zones and people’s schedules. All calls are also recorded and shared in the private community, so managers can catch up if they can’t make a call.
