Who is the programme for?
Women who manage at least 2 people and who also report into a manager themselves.
When does it start?
As soon as you like. The programme runs on continuous enrollment because each manager is on her own journey and will start with what is most relevant to her.
What does it cost?
Prices start from £2497+VAT or £549+VAT per month for one person, but if your company would like to send two or more women at the same time, contact me for more details on the multi-person discount.
What about confidentiality?
All members of the group agree to keep topics discussed in sessions private, and when discussing potentially sensitive topics, anonymity is the standard.
If someone wants support on a particualrly sensitive topic, they can access the coach directly (and privately).
When are the group coaching calls?
There are 2 time slots for the calls to accommodate different time zones and people’s schedules. All calls are also recorded and shared in the private community, so managers can catch up if they can’t make a call.
Do you offer payment plans?

What about middle managers who aren’t women?
