Hi, I'm Charlotte
I’m a leadership coach, management mentor & trainer for women in middle management who want to manage their teams, bosses and their workload so that they can build wildly successful careers and lives they love.
Having spent my 20s & early 30s in 12 countries across 5 continents:
- Leading volunteer teachers in the Himalyas
- Wrangling teenage entrepreneurs through setting up sustainable agri-businesses in Bolivia
- Coordinating multi-million pound humanitarian responses in remote war zones in East Africa
- Managing infrastructure projects in the UK public sector
- Advising CEOs & national governments as a management consultant at McKinsey, and
- Scaling a youth employment charity from 3 to nearly 100 employees in under 3 years…
I will help you to finally cut through the unnecessary stories about who you “should be” to be a great leader, so that you can lead effortlessly and effectively (without sacrificing yourself, your family, your friends or your sleep!)
Throughout my career, one thing became increasingly clear, regardless of country, sector or seniority – talented, motivated women are everywhere. BUT, they are selling themselves short, burning themselves out and giving up on their dreams because they don’t have the support they need to be successful (and they still believe that other people hold the key to their feeling worthwhile).
